Preventative Maintenance starting from $249.99
This Service package is for functional fireplaces, the fireplace is working and has worked in previous years. This Service is to make sure that the unit is clean and will continue to work as it was intended to!

- Polish and Wash fireplace Glass
- Vacuum and clean working components
-Touch up Paint (if required)
- Change batteries
- Test start pilot (if unit is functioning and in good working condition

Full Service - with Repair starting from
$289.99 + the cost of the required parts for repair
This Service package is for non -functional fireplaces, the fireplace is not working or is working intermittantly. This Service is to find out what is causing the problem and repair the part or parts so that the unit can function once more. This Service is only available for fireplaces less than 10 years old and MUST be a manufacturer that Eco Efficiency is a vendor for.
